Make a request anytime with Marriott Mobile Requests new in Hotel App
The Marriott Mobile App has rolled out a new request by text functionality. This new feature allows Marriott guests to make requests directly through the app anytime starting from 2 days before their arrival and up to 11pm on the day of their check out.
To create awareness about the new feature a campaign titled “Want anything, any time? Let’s chat.” has launched. It recognizes the always-on nature of the millennial target audience and consists of 3 engaging 30”second films. All films are based on key insights and bring the request function to life in a fun and engaging way.
